We know how it is.
You push a baby out of your nethers and you lose yourself for a while.
Motherhood is such an all-consuming, draining, joyous, maddening, traumatic experience that it’s hard to remember who you are in the middle of all of it. You give yourself to another tiny human (or humans) every day and there is so little energy left for you.
On top of that, every moment is new and magical and terrifying and things are changing so quickly that there’s just.so.much.to.say. But you need time, space and energy to say it. Right?
That’s where Every Other Mother comes in.

We want to provide mums with a safe, judgement-free and child-friendly space to speak their truth – or just take a couple of hours to connect with other creative mothers over a piece of cake and glass of prosecco.
Join us at one of our daytime events to hear incredible mums contribute poetry, stand-up comedy, short stories, monologues and other captivating forms of creative expression. Even better, babies and children under four go free.
